Returns & Cancellation Policy

At charmhuts.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return window for all non-customized products, starting from the date you receive your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.
Please note: items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package immediately after delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and include clear photos or videos of the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate — no return required for defective items.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Gift cards

  • Intimate or personal care items

  • Perishable goods or hazardous materials

These exclusions apply unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different item, please return the original product (if eligible), and place a new order separately once the return is approved.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time depends on your payment provider

  • Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only before production or shipment begins.

  • If canceled in time → Full refund

  • If already in production or shipped → Cancellation not possible

Since many of our products are made-to-order, processing begins shortly after purchase.
